I was researching images for a tattoo. 9/11 was the start for me to volunteer. I started by giving blood every 3 months now I have fully involved my life in volunteerism.

As with many other EMS Blogs, I feel I should throw in a little Disclaimer. My Blogs have been anonymized to protect my Identity along with my organization’s. All the blogs have been Generalized as to avoid any conflicts with HIPPA. The story’s are gathered from not only my own experiences as an EMT in an urban, suburban and rural setting, but also from my co-workers, colleagues and teachers that have been in my life.

This blog is intended to provide a semi-permanent point in time snapshot and manifestation of the various ideas running around my brain, and as such any thoughts and opinions expressed within out-of date post may not be the same, nor even similar, to those I may hold today.
