Tired of the bullshit

I'm STILL not cleared at my home station. Granted there are only two people that can clear you at the station. The one I was supposed to ride with tonight had a family emergency.

Of course, when I walked in the door I got eye rolls, whispers, and of course "you know you really don't have ride tonight since the FTO isn't here."

No. I made a commitment to ride tonight. It's a promise. I told my company that I would give up seven hours of my time tonight.

Just because you don't want a third wheel hanging about isn't MY problem. No matter how much you don't like it, I'm staying. Really, in my opinion, I don't think two recent high school graduates should be screwing around in a piece of EMS apparatus.

The reason you were able to be cleared so fast is you basically LIVED at the fire house. I have children, I have a job, I have other responsibilities that restrict me from "hanging out."

I only wish I could have lived at the station.

Actually, No. I really don't. Because the bullshit that was pulled tonight is all I ever see when I go to the firehouse. You KIDS are worst then women. Get a life, while I commit myself to saving others.
